Old News: May 2003 GTE, Captions and Art! Aslate 20:06 20/05/2003 Time to put the cancellation of Futurama behind us with some good news, a new episode is to air on June 1st. I've also been working hard, updating the Guess The Episode, Caption Competition, Lee's Artwork and adding a DVD Trailers section. Now i can clear my inbox, so send me your art and other Fry related stuff, and see if it gets on! If anything is about 1MB in size, please e-mail me telling me you need to send a large file and i will arrange it as Hotmail will bounce. Blah-Blah-Blah! Aslate 23:07 15/05/2003 Well, as FOX announces it's schedule for Autumn (Fall), it appears that Futurama is no more! Our beloved Fry may not get to finish his tales on FOX, as the remaining episodes fester away with a possibility of not being aired at all. Replacing Futurama's original slot will be Banzai, as you may have seen on Channel 4 in the UK which is not worthy of Futurama by any means. However, The Why Of Fry has provided a fitting ending for the show as most of you will agree. Don't forget the Futurama DVDs, Comics, Toys and general merchandise which will continue for now. When the episodes air, we will update the site with new information, as the upcomming episodes appear to be some of the best written. I'll also update your fan submissions (i currently have a backlog, sorry) and i'll add the Futurama DVD trailers. And now, let's cling onto that one last ray of hope, Cartoon Network: Fry: You can't give up hope just because it's hopeless.
